1984 Catalina 22 Sailboat -- Ready to Sail Away

Located in St. Augistine fl. This boat is ready for daysailing or cruising. It's a complete package ready for you to step aboard and sail away. This is a 1984 Catalina 22 sloop with swing keel. These are VERY popular little boats, and for good reason. For a small boat, it's exceptionally comfortable -- the pop-up top gives you the kind of headroom found on much bigger boats. The ballasted swing keel provides a lot of stability, and the boats sail great. This one has a roller furling headsail, which is a very nice feature. Also, we just replaced the keel cable, fittings, turning ball and hose. Plus, this boat has good sails and comes with a lot of extras, including a great-running Johnson 9.9 long-shaft engine with electric start, a brand new rowing dinghy and a folding bicycle. These boats are very easy to trailer, but there is no trailer included with this boat. It's in the water and has bottom paint on it. The bottom was also recently cleaned.
