On the port side there is an optional fish cutting board. This section is covered by a bimini. There is a storage compartment to the starboard side. There is a swim platform with transom shower aft. Moving forward you step up to a platform with L-shaped bench to port and Captain chair to starboard. Stepping down into the salon, there is a dinette to starboard the can convert to a bed. There is storage under the cushions as well as under the platform the dinette is on and above the dinette. To the port side is a bench with storage under it's platform and above and there is an optional flip-up side table. There is a shelf that runs behind the bench forward to the galley. There is a mid cabin berth aft the bench on port side. Forward the bench on port side is a galley with mini fridge/freezer combo, sink, microwave, and stove top. Moving forward there is a large forward cabin with bed to starboard and tv and storage to port. You may enter the head from this cabin to starboard. The head has a toilet, shower, and sink. There is a separate door to enter the head from the main salon. This way someone could nap in the forward berth and the head could be accessed without disturbing the person in the forward berth. There is storage under the mattress as well as under the platform the bed is on and above the bed. There are carbon monoxide detectors: one in the forward cabin and one in the salon. There is central heat/air. This boat feels very roomy and has a lot of storage in the cabin. There are some items that need to be repaired on this boat. The previous owner had a fry daddy on the starboard side of the deck and it caught fire. The current owner estimates that there is probably 5-6 hours of fiberglass repair that needs to be done on the deck. The speakers on the outside don't work.
When I took photos, the deck had been washed down and water sprayed into the area beneath the L-shaped bench in the cockpit. When I crawled onto the bed in the mid-cabin to take photos of the foot of the bed and compartment there, I noticed a water spot on the ceiling from the cockpit area being cleaned and a water spot on the bed. I took a photo and captioned it appropriately. The person who cleaned states that water has never been in this spot in the cockpit before.
I noticed what appeared to be mildew at the compartment at the foot of the bed in the mid cabin. Photos show this.
When taking photos of the bow of the boat, it felt like there may be a soft area at the bow pulpit where water had been accumulating after the rain.
The bulb in the radar needs to be replaced and the seller states that is probably 10-11 hours to change this. The boat needs the bottom cleaned.
The boat needs a deep cleaning throughout.
