Accommodations
The Maritimo 48 Enclosed Flybridge Motoryacht is the most popular model of these Aussie built boats. It is a three stateroom two head layout below. Like all of the Maritimo Yachts the galley is aft of the saloon with sliding doors to the aft deck entertainment area and an interior stairway leading to the flybridge. The large comfortable saloon has two large settees one with a foldout dining table. The Owners Stateroom is located amidships with ensuite head. All of the staterooms have hanging lockers storage drawers and overhead lighting. The heads are easy to clean with separate shower stalls. The Techma toilets can flush with freshwater or saltwater and have an integral macerator virtually eliminating clogs. The fully enclosed flybridge provides quiet air conditioned comfort in all conditions. If the weather permits it has opening windows center forward either side of the helm sliding doors aft and a hatch overhead for complete ventilation. It features twin Still helm seats and a large settee aft with table. Outside the sliding glass doors is a large balcony aft. All Maritimo Yachts have wide safe walk around side decks a feature praised by owners and guests alike. The engine rooms are a technicians dream with everything laid out and labeled with ease of access in mind. The large single fuel tank can be filled from either side of the vessel and provides a sight gage in the engine room for accurate fuel level information.
