Master Stateroom
The Master Stateroom has a private head with separate stall shower. There is a hanging locker along with various cabinets vanity parquet flooring mirror and beautiful teak wall covering. The Kenmore stacked washer/dryer is located in the companionway to the master stateroom portside. There are two water tanks located under the master berth.
Guest Stateroom
The Guest Stateroom is forward with upper and lower berths. There are storage drawers and cabinets book shelf vanity hanging locker and mirror. The forward head has a shower but it is not separate.

Remarks
This vessel is in need of some work such as exterior paint bottom job & replacing the anchor chain. There is a new window leak on the starboard side forward of the side entry door with some damage to one panel of the veneer. Mechanically she is in good shape and the engine room shows well.The exterior canvas and enclosure were new in 2007. The Simrad autopilot was installed new in 2006. Deck damage was repaired (ground and glassed) in 2007 at the same time that the blister job was done.Pictures are available upon request. MISTLETOE is scheduled for haul-out & insurance survey end of February 2011. This may be the perfect time to check her out!
